I flew MCO-ORD-PVD on United with my Dividend Miles # on the ticket. The MCO-ORD segment posted, the ORD-PVD didn't. Both were in the same mileage earning fare class.

I mailed my boarding pass stub and e-ticket confirmation to the Dividend Miles Service Center. Unfortunately, United is insisting I was "voluntarily offloaded" from the ORD-PVD flight and didn't fly that segment on them. But I did fly that segment on my booked flight and in my booked seat.

I did check a bag, but that apparently doesn't help prove my case. If only I'd bought something BOB, perhaps the cc charge transaction could be used as proof I was on the flight in my seat.

Is there anything else I could do here? After the Grand Slam 4,000 PQM post, I'll be < 700 miles to Gold so I was really counting on the miles from this segment to post. I know I can always purchase club membership for those PQMs or do a same day PVD-PHL-PVD run but I don't want to throw money down for that if there's any way to recoup the miles I'm due from the flight.

In my experience, the boarding pass stub is your proof... but I guess that wouldnt necessarily prove you didnt offload at your connection point.
