We are planning to drive till gold coast and sunshine coast from Sydney in mid November for around seven days. Just wondering what all places we can visit there?

We are interested in beaches, adventure, diving, water sports, bush walking etc.

Any recommendation for the places which people don't visit generally on this trip but actually its worth visiting?

The Tweet Coast, between Byron and GC is very beautiful with out the masses of Byron people and no high rises and shopping malls like further north.

If you like to hike, there is Mt. Warning just south of the GC. Best thing is to climb it really, really early in the morning (i.e. 2:30am) and get to the top for sunrise. You will be the first in Australia to see the sun come up – it’s spectacular.

Mount Tambourine is a great day trip. 45 minutes out of surfers and a great view of the entire Gold Coast. There are numerous wineries, an excellent distillery and small family run restaurants that are great for lunch and a nice glass of wine. Take the back road and it’s a beautiful drive up in the hinterland.

Mainland Australia that is as Norfolk and Lord Howe will see the sun rise earlier. Not sure about Tasmania during certain times of the year.

From my knowledge I'm discussing something belonging ur interest ....
Beaches-
Tea Tree Bay in Noosa is small and family friendly. It's a gently shelving sandy beach with very few rocks. You can reach it easily through the National Park. It's very popular with surfers and there are public facilities there too..

Water sports-Suncoast Cable Watersports is situated on 50 acres with two 15 acre lakes on the banks of the Maroochy River near the David Low Bridge.

Adventure-dventure Sports Kitesurf Australia specialise in Kitesurfing, providing a kiteboarding school and shop on Gympie Terrace Noosaville opposite the Noosa River.
Else these U can enjoy so many at sunshine coast.
Have a fun full tour........:p
