Swiss International Airlines - Order of cabin service / meal choice

I'm sorry if this has been answered before, but a quick search did not show any results.

I'm looking at assigning seats on the new A333 - first from ZRH-JFK and buisness from JFK - ZRH.

Does anyone know the general rules for the order of cabin service (and meal choice) for LX? Does it depend on the flight number (e.g. FEBO) and / or passenger status, or something else?

on my last LX longhaul in C they asked by Status (where as FTL is no status for the cabin crew... so they only asked SEN and HON)
