Other Middle East and Africa Frequent Flyer Programs - AUH Terminals

I have to take a flight in Y on Etihad with a longish layover at AUH. I don't have any status with them and therefore can't use their lounge.

I can see from the Priority Pass website that they have lounges in terminals 1 and 2. Can I get airside access to either of these terminals from terminal 3? Alternatively, if I am stuck in terminal 3 are there any pay lounges? As a worst case scenario is there a decent bar?

Yes, you can easily get from T3 to T1 Priority Pass lounge airside. It's a 5min walk.
Some of the Etihad flights are still using T1 as well.

So it seems that my Priority Pass options are the Al Ghazal lounge or the Airport Hotel lounge. What would be the better choice?
