Thai Airways Royal Orchid Plus - Lounge access at BKK at 03:00 am

Are the Royal Silk lounges open at 3am in the morning. My flight from Syd to Bkk lands at 3:15 am. i hope the lounge access is available as i have 4 hrs to kill in BKK. Hoping for a massage. as per thai website lounge operate from 5:30am. Is this true or just the lazy bum attitude of not updating the website.

I believe your only option at that time would be to go the Louis Tavern lounge which is open 24 hours and pay.
The TG lounges do indeed open at 05:30a.

Totally unacceptable that TG have flights arriving at this time to be welcomed by a 'closed' sign on the lounge doors...

I had a go at them last week in BKK and this was following up a barrage of un-answered mail to their SYD office. I tried to reason with them that SQ fly me to HKG via SIN in a A380 with lounges all the way, but should I choose TG (because I like the 346) I am lumbered with a closed lounge. It's like talking to a brick wall:mad:, so I walked away. If we all keep on asking them, the attitude will change, surely, regards bkkrop

It would be nice even if they opened the doors but offered minimal service. I gather it's kind of like that now during regular operating hours anyway :D.
