Alaska Airlines Mileage Plan - Online CC booking bonus - pls tell me it isn't so !

I was glancing through the inflight magazine as we came in to land this evening, and I almost died of fright  (well, OK, not really).
I noticed in the "here are all the miles that you can earn if you join MP" example, a most shocking and worrying phrasing had appeared since the last time I looked - to the effect that the 1k online CC booking bonus applied only the first time.
Is this a harbinger of a loss of this most valuable of earning opportunities ? Or am I reading too much into the phrasing ? I did a quick search around the site and could not find any reference to the 1k online CC bonus - but then, I'm not sure where it was previously advertised.
Please tell me it isn't so ! The 1k online CC bonus is worth around 50k miles per year to me. By comparison the upgrade from 2/$ to 3/$ was worth maybe 10k miles.

I got it as recently as yesterday :). I hope it's not gone as well; it's worth about the same to me.

I got it recently... but there's no mention of it as a bonus during a dummy purchase. Very, VERY lame if that is so- I'll likely cancel my BofA account when it's time for renewal without those bonuses, since it becomes worth a LOT less without that 1,000 mile bonus on purchase + companion pass going to $99 + no anniversary miles. Since I only use my BofA card for Alaska spend (as I loathe and detest BofA- the AS card is the ONLY reason I'd do any business with them), it's not going to generate enough spend to really be worth it. Too bad if that's the case.

Wow - I agree it's simply disappeared from the BofA web site. Not mentioned in the card's features or Terms and Conditions. Very disappointing if this change is made!
Update: Okay, but I do still see it listed here: http://www.alaskaair.com/as/mileageplan/Bonus-Miles.asp

-whew-
I'd be upset if that 1K purchase bonus went away. Especially when you buy tickets as pairs of one-ways, it really helps out- basically, you get over 5,000 miles as an MVPG flying to Vegas that way (almost 6,000 flying to LAX).
I got it as of yesterday.....not sure what the future has in store

Thanks Dave- just took a screenshot as I was booking some last minute travel tonight for myself and my family... if we don't get those bonuses, that will short my family around 8K tonight...... but at least its still online...
BoA has lots of AS miles... would be a shame if they discontinued this...

That's the only reason I have the card. It's my number one source of miles. BofA is the worst bank in America, in my opinion.

She's currently gorging on chocolate in Paris.

I checked the September in-flight magazine and it had the same wording "1000 bonus the first time." But, honestly the in-flight magazine is not too carefully proofread, so I think it's probably a mistake or just poorly written. I always get the bonus miles and have no reason to suspect it's changing. It's probably been in the inflight magazine for months and nobody's noticed it.

You get a 1k bonus when you book and Alaska Airlines FLIGHT on the AS website, using the CC.

I booked a one way trip for my dad 2 weeks ago and the bonus miles have not posted yet. I guess it is one of those times I gotta give the bank a call
