Hilton HHonors - Hampton Inn Memphis Southwind - Is this really a Hilton property?

I have just checked into the Hampton Inn Memphis Southwind (suppose to be a four night stay). The powers that be at Hilton have got to know how bad this property looks. After checking in, I went back out to get my luggage, and then came up via the centrally located elevators. Everything was OK so far. Once the elevator doors opened the view changed. Everything was filthy! The floors, the walls, everything. The carpet in the hallways looks like it was last cleaned over a year ago. The room appears ok, but one look at the bed cover shows several stains (not hard to miss on the white cover), the towels appear to have been washed, but look like they should only be used to wash the car. The lamp on the desk has spider webs, and the electrical plug for the laptop does not work.
Yes, I'm in the process of locating another property in the area, but fully realize that I am committed here for the night.
This is not a property anyone should be using. :td:

I am pretty POed at Hilton right now and have applied for a status match at SPG... but...the reviews on Tripadvisor are pretty positive:confused:

Get them to put you in another room. If they won't or give you grief in the morning when you check out request the 100% guarantee. I've done this 2x in 7 years, because the hotels were so bad. They just have to do the paperwork, but you get your money back instantly.

I've just called around, and can not find another property that is available for all the nights I need this week. So, it looks like I'm stuck here. I'll make the most of it....but will definitely talk with the manager tomorrow.
