bmi diamond club - Lounge access on code share?

Hi,
I'm off to Copenhagen later this week and I am looking at a BMI Co-shared flight with SAS.
As a silver member would I be able to gain access to the lounge (it will be a full economy ticket) and would I be able to take a guest?

SAS metal with BD flight number or bmi metal with SK flight number? If, as I suspect, the first, then no access.

What about if its LH flight number with BD metal?
If it's BD metal, you get lounge access as a BD silver. If it's not BD metal, you don't.
It's the metal that matters, not the flight number.
