Two issues are unrelated.

66/night at Freemont, CA is a good deal by its own right. This forum invites postings of rates below $85.

Staying 3 consecutive nights at some Hyatt properties gives one 50% discount on the third night. This will reduce the 66/night rate at Freemount, making this deal even sweeter.

The question WHEN does the FFN post is separate? I didn't assume that staying in Freemont or for 3 nights at Hyatt expadites the posting.

They seem to post in 3-4 days after they post the stay. If you need it sooner you could call GP.

The casino in Milwaukee has a marketing promotion (see www.paysbig.com/illinois) that gives $50 off a night at the Hyatt Regency Milwaukee reducing that to $77 or so. Might be specifically targeted to Illinois residents, but YMMV. Good thru 12/23.

Cheerfulflyer has NO need/want to stay in HP Freemont other than to earn free nights. I have stayed at HP Dublin for a night and must admit after the renovation it was quite nice. Room itself was better designed and comparable to a hotel room in Park Hyatt (Shanghai). Sure, it was not on the 83rd floor, but free breakfast (good too!), reasonable air quality and no false alarm going off in the middle of the night certainly left a good impression.

They changed the T&C. It is now the same $20 cancel fee with the 24HR sale rate. Last round they had rates as low as $59 some nights.

The current promo for FFN and double qualifying stay credit goes through January, 2010.
