Emirates Airlines Skywards - Fantasy Island & Champagne Cocktail

A fellow mate from the EK forum had asked me to get the reciepe of the FANTASY ISLAND & also the CHAMPAGNE Cocktail from the EK crew.

I am posting it here for anyone else who might also be interested in this info.

Champagne Cocktail

Ingredients: Brandy, Champagne, Angustura Bitters

Garnish: Cherry, Orange Slice

Preparation: Pour half a sugar sachet at the bottom of the glass.
Add 3-4 dashes of Angustura Bitters
Add one single measure of Brandy
Top up with Champagne
Garnish with Cherry & an Orange Slice

Fantasy Island

Ingredients: Rum, Champagne, Orange Juice

Garnish: 3-4 Mint leaves

Preparation: Place Ice cubes into a tumbler glass
Add one single measure of Rum
Fill the remainder of the glass with equal parts of Orange juice &
Champagne
Stir with a swizzle stick
Add 3 small Mint leaves to garnish

Are these cocktails only available in first - and only on "very long-haul" flights. Will be on DXB-CAI soon in F (the $50 difference compared to the J fare justified this :).
