bmi diamond club - Air Canada W Fare

Does anyone know what the status of a W fare on Air Canada is in terms of point earning on BMI.
Having traveled regularly on AC I was use to the following.
Tango Fares (N, K, T ) - no points
Tango Plus fares (H,I,L,M,Q,U,V,O,S,A) x1 points
Now we have hit the winter schedule the Tango fares have all disappeared and Tango Plus is showing as a W fare. As W is not shown in the BMI list (https://www.flybmi.com/bmi/src/html/diamondclubhowtoearnmiles.html) does this mean it is now a non earner?
Anyone any ideas or come across this before?

DAs W is not shown in the BMI list (https://www.flybmi.com/bmi/src/html/diamondclubhowtoearnmiles.html) does this mean it is now a non earner?Correct.
If AC have only just introduced W fares, it is likily that DC won't be contracted to earn revenue from them.

Looks like AC might be realigning their fare codes with those of their chums UA, LH & CO. I think someone said AC biz redemptions now used the I code which suggests the same.

That's an old link, which bmi have apparently decided not to update. If you look at the new link (http://www.flybmi.com/bmi/en-gb/diamond-club/diamond-club/how-to-earn-miles/flights.aspx), you see that W does earn 100%.

Noticed that Air Canada flights to the USA that only used to come up as N (0 miles) are tending recently to come up as various mile earning codes (S,W), ie Tango+ rather that Tango, even though the price has not changed much.

Eeek where did that come from!
Thanks for that. Why bother with bookmarks.
Quite why they didn't just delete the old page is beyond me.

[Mod please close this thread!]
Took me a few months to realise there was a new page! It might be an idea if a mod could update the sticky topic here to point to the new pages, too.

Great idea - this has been done.
Cheers! You may also want to update the "burning miles" link to point to the new page (http://www.flybmi.com/bmi/en-gb/diamond-club/diamond-club/ways-to-spend-miles/ways-to-spend-miles.aspx). :)

only full J earns 200% C and Z earn 100%. This is outrageous.

Which it is ... someone better get in touch with DC !
Cos with the re-alignment,AC's codes will be the same as other *A carriers... which means full C is "C", and discounted is "D" and "J" .. but if you see the chart, everything else except J gets only 100% miles.
