bmi diamond club - all my (destination) miles have disappeared...

...I am showing as ZERO, this has happened in the last few hours, has it happened to anyone else? Why would my miles all just have disappeared???

Mine appear to still be there although no flights from last week have posted at all and one flight from the week before is missing. Are missing miles on BD normal?

Seriously though, probably just the usual IT gremlins at work, but in a more frightening fashion. Have you checked the account history to see if miles have been used? If that is clear, there is probably nothing to worry about. You can always call the ICC to see how many miles they see.

Don't think so. My 9k miles from last month just got posted by MBNA and they are still there.

BD put them all in my Aeroflot account prior to the merger, no seriously they just reappeared, although what was interesting is when I called the ICC then told me my balance which didn't sound correct either, apparently that is because they don't see any of the bonus miles, the guy had to check those separately, weird!
