El Al Matmid - You think you pay too much for your flights ?

Bibi's next flightto Washington will be done via Arkia rather EL-AL,
EL-AL asked for 1.4M$, IsraAir for 800k$ and Arkia for 450k$...

(The only problem with Arkia is that they will need to stop in europe
on the way to fuel, On the way to US it might be a problem (delay)
on the way back its good as Bibi goes see Sarkozy...)

I KNOW you were making a joke - but you should just know that there was a big scandal a couple of years ago about MK's getting Matmid points for travel which has since been forbidden by Knesset Ethics rules.

450k isn't *that* bad for a whole plane (757?) to be out of service for how ever many days they need it?

At 1/3 the price of LY they're getting a relatively good deal, at least they're putting these out to bid and not just handing out gravy to LY...
