The new magnifica softproduct SHOULD have started today.

It includes:
new catering (regionally focused, changes every month)
new wines
new blankets / duvets / cushions / linens by Ferrette
new amenity kits by Culti
new china by Richard Ginori...

Thanks for the news. It seems AZ will have a better product for the busy Winter holiday period.

This is a major step ahead and the next phase which will include a new hard product (seat) will be implemented in 2010 with the arrival of new A330s.

hope they will retrofit the t7, too

I think AZ B772s will be renovated alongside the introduction of new A330s.

It seems AZ has finally adopted a program to improve its products.
