Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer - Mel-sin b773 -avod?

Hi All

I'm on SQ 238 MEL-SIN on Jan 15th in F.
I know it's the 777-300 with the regional F product.

Can Anyone tell me if they have AVOD?
and should I instead switch to A333 C?

There is no A333 scheduled on this route. Not sure where you are looking.

The plane may or may not have AVOD - I have struck both on this route.

The last time I did, I sent off a complant letter as the screen colour was so washed out that it was unusable. They wrote back saying they use whatever plane is available and it may or may not have AVOD.

So on 2 of the 3 planes you get guaranteed lie flat in business and pot luck with the third flight and seats that were released 4 generations ago.

Current Generation - A380 / B773ER
2 Gens ago - space beds
3 Gens ago - Ultimo
4 Gens ago - the Non-AVOD planes

On an 8 hour flight.
