American Express Membership Rewards - Memership Rewards to Southwest Airlines devalue date?

When did the Southwest Devaluation take place? Last time I remember I looked you could transfer 1 MR for 1 SW Repaid Reward in 1000 increments. When did it go to 1500 Membership Reward points for 1000 Southwest Rapid Reward points? fyi...I have been sleeping for years on this one.

The current rate is MR 1500:RR 1 . This wiki mentions that it changed from 1250:1 on 1.1.2005...

...but other articles have mentioned the previous rate as 1200:1. I don't know if it was ever 1000:1.

Southwest and JetBlue (at least this WAS true) are both basically 25,000 points per ticket, right? Same as the basic US FF ticket for most airlines...
