Just received this message after experiencing about an hour delay on AS131 10/28. I was just happy to be back safe and sound. Thought that the AS crew did an excellent job keeping everyone comfortable and getting us to the terminal. North of Expected for sure - discount code for $200.

As you are aware, flight 131 experienced a problem with the landing gear during your landing. While the crew handled this situation safely and professionally, we understand that such an event can be a difficult experience for all involved and for this I apologize. It was necessary to change the tires prior to moving the aircraft. I would like to express my appreciation for your patience in deplaning the aircraft and in waiting for your luggage while the tires were changed.
