I just received a e-mail telling me that my flight time has changed (one hour earlier). Can I now cancel this reservation without penalty?

Its worth a try. I have in the past but its been a few years since. The main arguement here that works in your favor is that they are not able to deliever on the orginal service agreed upon (a certain flight at a certain time).

It would seem from the official policy that you're entitled to a TrueBlue credit of the full fare, not a refund.

It is a year old but I'm not sure that the information has changed. Of course, the actual results of your conversation with the agent may vary. ;)

I've canceled tickets on other airlines under in this situation - not sure if it varies by airline.
