Mrs HF stayed at the RDU (airport) HP this week. She called and said planes were flying DIRECTLY over the hotel until 12:30 AM and resumed 5:30 AM. No sleep for her or the rest of the hotel guest as other were complaining at breakfast next morning. She switched to another hotel the next day. I've found many HPs to have noise issues. I stayed at other HPs this year ( Fairlawn NJ, and Indianapolis North) that had exteranl noise issues (HWY) - if you sleep on the wrong side of the hotel.
