Miles & More (Lufthansa, Austrian, Swiss, and other partners) - Miles and More Barclays card question

Does anyone know if I can link the Miles and More Barclays Credit Card to a Miles and More account which is under a different name? For example, the credit card is in my name and the MandM account is in my wife's name?
