I have been trying to move my parents back to Telekom via the link on the M&M site and keep running into a block message telling they are updating hardware and to try again later. Well I have been trying to do this for 2 weeks now so I call the Telekom and see there there is a hitch in the system and as an M&M client you can register all the relavant info directly with them on the free hotline - number to be found at the bottom of the page with the hardware notice.
