As I understand it Emirates Skywards is separate to those you mention, so no.

Continental Airlines partner with Emirates so you can earn OnePass miles with standard fares on Emirates on all Emirates-operated flights.

Watch out for continental.com.

Their website is still in a bit of a mess, with the ongoing integration into *A, and all.

Also keep in mind that crediting your EK flights with CO OnePass will normally not earn you any EQMs at all (http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/continental-onepass/868000-emirates-accruing-elite-status-miles-bonuses-co-onepass-warning-website-hoax.html).

There used to be quite a bit of misleading information about this on the CO-website, but apparently they have now - finally - updated their information, although actually there is still no explicit mention that you won't be getting any EQM.

As for what will happen after the Skywards devaluation on 01 JAN 2010, we are - of course, and despite the repeated announcements that the info would be available towards the end of October - still pretty much in the dark.

I also used to credit my EK-flights with CO OnePass, then switched to EK Skywards. And so far I have never regretted that I did.

For the time being at least, Skywards is clearly better than OnePAss (especially after the partial CO devaluation when they joined *A a cple of days ago). CO *A flight options might have gone up (although the online redemption options are still excluding many new *A partners, whilst the former ST-partners have already been removed), but so have many of the required mileages they now want to charge me, for flights that were already expensive to begin with. Often times the new CO distance/Req.mileage ratios just don't make sense, or booking an itinerary with 3 connections on different *A partners, might come in at less than half the req.mileage of the direct flights... So before you go with CO, better check the reward tables for the redemptions you might be interested in.

And then, as far as EK is concerned:

I also don't know why we are still waiting for more info about the upcoming EK Skywards program changes, or it must be that EK already know that we probably ain't gonna like it ... :(

.

Oh yes, and
