bmi diamond club - ANA - request available triangles

Just had a strange moment on ANA. Everything for the dates I was looking at came up as black triangles, with the key indicating this meant 'request available.

When I double checked, everything was back to X and O.

If I see the triangles again, does that mean I can phone up ICC (god help me) and ask for these seats nicely?

On a third check, the triangles are back - but also indicating request available for F, which doesn't exist on this route... Must be a bug.

(carrier is not bmi!)

Basically it is when the system cannot connect properly to the database, or when an airline is not showing proper availability.

The on request refers to ANA and has no relevance to Diamond Club. You can't request any redemptions via DC unless it is on bmi metal and you have the status to do so.

In your case it will just be the database not connecting properly on some of your searches.

It's ok, I searched my own thread for 'triangle' and noticed I had used an actual triangle rather than writing it in. :eek: Probably time for a re-edit to make it a bit more searchable!
