Mileage Run Deals - UA: PHL-IAD-DTW-ORD-CMH-ORD-IAD-PHL; 7 Segments $171.20 ai

PHL-IAD-DTW-ORD-CMH-ORD-IAD-PHL. About 6AM-11:15PM. Multiple dates available in November. I didn't check December. Less than $25/segment before DEQS. Also gets you 7178 DEQM. Not great, but I need 14 segments to reach 1P and this was the best price I could find out of PHL, so I figured I'd share.

US/UA?

Just make sure the PHL-IAD and IAD-PHL flights are UA, not US, so they're eligible for DEQS.

US doesn't fly PHL-IAD, only PHL-DCA ,so it must be on UA.

Sorry it took so long to reply. This is an all-UA trip. Mostly on E-145s. but ORD-IAD is an International config 777!!

whats the big deal of a 777 for maybe a 2 hr flight??? wont be enough time to even watch a complete movie , thats if they even open the IFE. Plus as you posted you will have 6 RJ flights

Purely subjective. What if one has NEVER flown a 777, for example? Or gets a row of 5 in E+ to themselves?

My comment about the 777 was simply that of the 7 segments, 5 are on E-145s, so no upgrades. With an international config 777, I'm almost positive I'll get upped to biz class. That was all I meant.

I've flown 777 to BKK many times. I can't wait to fly the new biz class. But for this run, it will just be nice to get out of those cramped 145s.

Ive been on UAs Intl 777, IAD-FCO and although it wasnt the Lie Flat seats of the 747 or 767 or the IFE of them either for a flight of that length it was better in C then in Y

I can understand the OP being happy to have a Mainline for at least 1 flight, but felt the "!!" was way too much, especially for a flight with such little flying time.

No different to me then if there was an A-380 that went NY-ORD I wouldnt go out of my way to get on it as no real time to enjoy it. (I flew the A-380 AKL-SYD and even on that flight didnt have enough time to enjoy it, but EK was the cheapest on the route and better times as well for us).

And it did seem at least to me that the OP was trying to say they Scored big since they were able to get a 777 for 1 of the flights. I just dont think it was Scoring anything

I found another one for 8 segments from PHL. I was only able to get this on 12/13, and even then I could only book it on orbitz. I'm not going on this, but figured I'd share.
