Hilton HHonors - Status Match

Dear all,

I'm an A|Club Platinum Member and since I'm litle disapointed I'm looking foward to stay more frequent on Hilton Hotels.

Does anyone know if Hilton does status matches?
Eg. match to HH Gold/Platinum my acutal A|Club Platinum status?

Check the Status Match Master Thread on Milesbuzz...I think the general Hilton approach is to offer a challenge.

In the U.S., Gold is a freebie status with the HH Surpass Amex. I'm not sure if you live in a market where you can get this card, but if so it's a good starting point.

I'm not aware of them giving out free Diamond. (e.g., as a match, I know you can get it via Surpass spending) If so, I might ask 'em for it. :D
