Other Asian, Australian and South Pacific Frequent Flyer Programs - CI has powerports in Y Taiwan to LAX?

I book on Delta, codeshare it shows power ports in Y, but last time I lfew them over year they did not have it, is this new or true?

Seatguru shows power ports, but I'd also be interested in finding out for sure. We'll be headed to Taiwan, preferably on CI later next year.

According to the China Airlines website, the newer 747-400s, which typically fly to LAX, have 110V power ports in select Economy Class seats. The seat map on the website doesn't specifically identify which seats have the ports.

All seats have power port in Economy for the 74C. However, you don't know if you will be on the 74C as there may be last minute swaps.

CI only has a couple of 747's with power in Y and I am pretty sure the rest dont.
