If I can convince a mate of mine who's got engaged to do this shopping there, with my card...maybe that brings it back on topic?

Not even that close...Not sure he's ever stepped on a plane before! But that makes it even more ON Topic doesn't it?

Wending this slightly further OT, given the retailer is based in T5.... Does anyone know if Tiffany at T5 has different prices to Tiffany in say Sloane Square? Need to purchase two Platinum wedding bands at some point, and this could be an option!

I would assume they are obliged to stick to the usual BAA rules, ie charging the same as the High Street less the VAT.

Royal Exchange is probably nearer than Sloane Square for you, otherwise!

Might give them a call! Or get the Other Half to pop in this afternoon en route to BOS.

Royal Exchange is indeed closer - but will need to have the Other Half's ring finger present too, so a weekend saunter up to Sloane Street might be more convenient!

There is a Tiffany in Harrods as well - not sure if it is included in the '10% discount days for Harrods Rewards cardholders' they tend to run during November.

Oh bugger, I just bought some Tiffany jewellery at HKG as a present for my mother.

Ah well, perhaps I can get something for myself on the way back to HKG. (no witty comments about pearl necklaces or such like, thank you)
