Does anyone have a recent experience with this hotel? I have a reservation for tomorrow and when I checked the e-check-in, the room type I reserved was not listed as a choice (king bed). I exited the process and called the hotel to see if they could provide any information in regards to the room type I would be assigned. The employee was somewhat less than helpful, although I did learn there are king rooms available. Must be something amiss with e-check-in... I then inquired about the possibility of an upgrade since this is on my profile as a Gold member rather than bonus points, and again felt the response was less than satisfactory.
This trip is merely a weekend getaway for the 25,000 bonus points, so it's not like we have to visit the area. The hotel, rooms, and pool area look nice online. Thanks for any info anyone has to share!
