oneworld - Purchase RTW in UK?

I have booked a RTW with AA starting at LHR and would like to buy the ticket at UK price before Nov 4. I will not be in either Canada or the UK before that date.

What is the current best way to do this?

Issuing carrier will be determined by the flight number of the first segment. If it's a BA flight number then BA will issue, if its an AA flight number then AA will issue, etc.

Thanks for your response, but AA can issue the ticket even if they do not have the first flight. If you use the link you referenced, then the first carrier issues the ticket.
