Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer - Redeem ANA or United Flight using Krisflyer

Hi,

Does any know how I can redeem ANA or United flight using Krisflyer?

I wanted to go on Business class to USA from Singapore,
and would want to consider second option other than SQ.
