InterContinental Hotels: Priority Club & Inter-Continental Ambassador - Points on free stay

Just a quick question.
I am planning to use points for a stay in a HI.

Will i get any points for the Food & Beverages i will have during this stay ?

(But not if you stay at an IC as IC's do not give points on incidentals.)

You'll get regular points but not 2x on a points stay. I had issue recently where PC Customer service told me my $200 meal/drinks on a points stay did not qualify for 2x so I asked for specfics, no answer.... then when I pointed out from the rules in detail that it does not say my spend did not qualify....no response. They just ignored my reply for supporting information totally

Incidental expenses (meals, drinks, telephone, etc.) only receive the double point bonuses when paying a qualifying rate.

As per the T&C's for the current Double Points/Double Miles Promotion:

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Must be a Priority Club® Rewards member and must register member number in advance to participate in this promotion.

Despite many nights at IC properties, I used room service for the first time last weekend on a rewards night. No points showed up this morning, as it was a non-qualifying stay. Do the points for incidentals like this show up later or should have they posted today?

There are no points awarded for incidentals at IC (InterContinental) properties...whether paid or award.

Incidentals are awarded points (paid or award) at all other brands ONLY (e.g., HI, HIX, CP, CS, SB).

Thanks soitgoes..... now for the other brands, would the incidental points show up when the reward stay posts, or do they come at a later time?

Yes...it will post as a nonqualifying stay, but you will earn points based on spending.
