During this year HHonors had the worst promotions of every hotel chain (only during Q4 something of good: 25000 bonus points every 4 stays). Now we are waiting to see what will happen in 2010, and all of us here on FT are expecting to receive, finally, something outstanding. Unfortunately for the moment the only thing sure is the devaluation of HHonors points with the new category 7 hotels.
Looking back at the past promotions, Blackstone management seems poor of good ideas. But in this case we can help them, with some brainstorming and then posting here ideas or suggestions for the new 2010 HHonors promotions.
If HHonors Representative agree we could also choose to submit these ideas with PM, in order to maintain necessary privacy and avoid spread of important marketing details that could waste our efforts.
Maybe HHonors Representative could also offer some bonus points (100.000 would nice) for the best idea received.
