InterContinental Hotels: Priority Club & Inter-Continental Ambassador - $25 GC Promo (US HI/HIX)

Just wondering if anybody actually received a GC yet ?

My first stay was over 1 month ago, and no GC received yet.

I have a 2-night stay next week; would be tempted to shift hotels if I was sure of getting a 2nd GC, but it's more hassle than it's worth unless I'm confident I'm going to get the 2nd GC.

Had almost a dozen stays, no giftcard in sight. :(

When I stayed at one last week I asked for my gift card at the counter and they gave it to me. That was a $25USD Amex GC so I don't know if it is the same one as the one you are mentioning. This was at a HIX in California.

I doubt that those are the same promos: (1) the promo we signed up for promises a Visa giftcard. (2) How would the hotel know who deserves a giftcard and who does not? I never heard that IHG communicates the promo codes one signed up for to individual hotels.

Are we supposed to get it from the hotel or via the mail?

I am equally curious on if anyone receives a giftcard and how it was received (hotel or mail).

Ive asked for the T&C a couple of times, but no one has ever responded - it seems to be a phantom promo :)

There have been similar promos in the past. Giftcards usually start showing up by mail 2-6 weeks after a stay. I hope that pattern will hold true for this promo. :)

What about rewards stays? I signed up for the promo, used my Visa for reservation. If I have incidentals will I get the GC?

You would not be entitled to it. However, mistakes happen.

The $25 giftcards from promo 8018 started arriving (one per stay, not one per person). Had 6 of them in the mail today. ^

I'm not aware of a promo page, and haven't seen any T&Cs. This code has been posted in the master thread, and --as with many IC promos-- that's all the info there is.

I had 3 arrive in the mail today.

WRT to posting promo T&C links - as has been noted in the master promo thread, nobody has been able to find a links to Ts & Cs for this promo.

1 more in the mail today, waiting on 2 more from the last 2 weeks. 4-5 more stays this year, so should see ~$250, so the equiavent of ~30k points overall for this promo - added to the 60k, plus the double points, plus StayX, plus 1k CC/online booking, plus etc - is making this Q4 at least as good as Q408 was (with the visit the USA promo).

I was pleasantly surprised to receive 2 $25 Visa debit cards in the mail today. After seeing the promotion on this thread I registered but did not expect two cards. Great!
