Over the past few days I have needed assistance from Revenue Services and Senior Pre-travel support.

I would like to make it public knowledge that the assistance I have received has been utterly professional and it is sad to think that we may lose some of these wonderful people when the final decision is made about Donington.

My situation has been resolved and the attention I have received has been exemplary. Maybe some of these excellent employees can teach the ICC?

Never had any need to use them but it's certainly good to know they are so professional should the need ever arise. ^

Completely agree. ICC recently messed up re-issuing of tickets for me and were absolutely useless at fixing the problem. I could see that only part of my itinerary had been ticketed yet ICC just couldn't understand the problem and one chap was downright patronising 'sir, if you log on to bmi.com you will see your flights all show as confirmed....'

On contacting PTS they were great. Problem solved in 10 minutes and tickets correctly re-issued about 40 mins later. If PTS hadn't existed I would probably have arrived at the airport and been unable to travel as my eticket wouldn't have been valid.
