Hyatt Gold Passport - New Hyatt Oubaai in George, South Africa

Does anybody have any info regarding the new Hyatt Oubaai in George South africa.
I am planning a trip in January to the garden route and wonder what this hotel will be like and what the rates will be.

Well since the website shows that it doesn't open until December 2009, I'd be surprised if there is someone who can tell us more about it especially since this is the first that many (including me) had heard of this property
