Can somebody tell if it is possible to transfer miles into star alliance acounts i have miles in tap victoria and i whant to tranfer to continental one pass.

AFAIK, no. You can transfer between TP victoria members and you can merge two TP victoria accounts (if by chance you have two under the same name), but that's all.
