Southwest Rapid Rewards - Do double rapid rewards points have a delay?

Hello,

My wife and I flew on Southwest mid-October. Both of us have Rapid Rewards accounts. I signed both of us for the double points promotion, but only the Rapid Reward points (1 each way for each segment) have posted. Is this similar to other airline promos where the bonus will post later?

I think it varies, but my credits for the recent LGA, DEN and double-credit promos posted at the same time as the flight itself. If it's been a couple weeks, I suggest inquiring about it.

When did you book the flight? If you booked it before the promotion started, you won't qualify.
