Am flying SQ J Class from LHR on Saturday. Can anyone advise whether I should use the SQ lounge or The London Lounge? Is one any much better than the other in terms of F&B, less crowded etc. Any tips gratefully received.

The London Lounge is quite large and has an acceptable F&B range with good showers, etc. It has quite a relaxed vibe to it with furnishings in an 'Ikea' blonde wood style and has been fairly busy when I've been there. It's very pleasant but nothing to write home about.
The SQ lounge is more formal and therefore some might think that it feels more special and it too has a very acceptable F&B range.
Why not try both?

Don't SQ passengers in C/F still have access to the VS lounge?
