I can confirm you get Room upgrades, club access, internet but some of the properties didnt bother giving up diamond amenity like Cake or Wine or Chocolates in recent past.

which properties? that seems like the last thing i'd expect they'd skip, i get the welcome amenities even on award stays with IHG hotels
