I have been searching for 1st class awards on air frances we site for CDG_JNB and cant seem to find any at all. DO you need to have status to book 1st class award?

You are probably not missing much at current redemtion levels. Better use you miles for multiple trips in C rather than one in F.

I agree completely with this sentiment F is nice in respect of the seat but not alot else.

The Premiere lounge in CDG is the only thing really remarkable, and now apparently they are going to open a SPA for 1st Class pax.
