Flying Blue (Air France & KLM) - Broken IFE

My sister and her husband flew from CDG to LAX last night on a Business Class award ticket and my brother in law's IFE system was completely broken. As there were no other seats available in Business he could not move to a different seat (it may be worth noting first class was mostly empty and they could have been moved there but the flight attendant would not move them, somewhat understandably). The flight attendant offered him a 60Euro voucher in compensation which seems low - what is generally considered fair in this situation?

I don't know what their policy is regarding broken IFE's, but I do know from my last flight on Monday from CDG to BOG, the guy across from me in cattle class complained about the same issue, no seats available etc.
Near the end of the flight the chief purser asked the guy to fill out a form in the in flight Magazine and post it to headquarters in Paris...needless to say the guy was quite peeved!
I thought I read somewhere else in this forum that cattle class get a 30EURO voucher, and business 60EURO??
In the two times my IFE was broken flying in Y and being a Plat, I got 4000 miles after having complained to AF.

I got 5000 for the same thing when flying in P. Perhaps they give a little more for premium cabins?
Same here - Mrs FR travelling with me in F, only silver, also got 5K because both our IFE's were dodgy (very fuzzy, but worked a bit) so it must be class not status.
I didn't complain - the purser reported it.

It's probably a mixture. The rule in Y used to be 2000 for Silver, 3000 for Gold and 4000 Plat.
