I found the survey and completed the personal health questionnaire, most on personal info.

However, I didn't get the points after the submission of the result. All I saw from the screen was the Customized Supplement Kit in the shopping cart. I also tried the vitaminID survey. Same result and no points.

What did I do wrong? :confused:

Yes, I was logged in. I already did the survey 3 times by now.

Under my Mypoints account history, it only shows "clickthrough" (I have 3 at this point) and no point pending. That's why I asked which step I had missed.

May I ask what was the last question for your survey? Mine was just the last step in the profile questions and after hitting the "submit" bottom, I got that customized kit which I have no desire to order.

Yes, I'd tried 4 times. No points change, no pending, only 5 "clickthru" under account history. :(

I decided to send a problem report to CSR. Hope they will manually adjust it for me. I don't want to do the survey for the 6th time. ;)

Very easy 150 pts. I had problems getting this offer to show as pending using Firefox. Switched to IE and worked right away.

The offer didn't show up for me but I just did a search on the MyPoints Home Page for NatureMade. The offer came right up and I was able to do it for both my wife and myself. Thanks to the OP for an easy 150 pts each.

Go to "Easy Points", click on "NatureMade" - my points immediately showed as "Pending".

When I used Firefox, I didn't get credit for this offer, but I tried it in IE and got the 150 pending points immediately.

I had to do it twice before the points showed up in my account as pending. The first time it only showed a click through.
