I get the same error and I know my account is fine as I was just on the phone with them yesterday related to an upcoming booking, so it must just be a temporary system problem.

The site hasn't worked all day for me, but was fine yesterday when I checked my account balance. Imagine they'll have it fixed sooner rather than later.
