Choice Privileges - Choice, Preferred or Summit Hotels in Paris

Has anyone stayed in any of the Choice Hotels in Paris? How about the Preferred or Summit?

I am looking at staying at Hotel Napoleon Harris by Summit. I am only going to be there two nights and will use points for one night and pay for the other.

Thoughts?
