KLM Flying Dutchman - Fumes in the E190 cabin?

Did GLA - AMS on Friday, and before and during the push back and taxi, I could definitely smell fumes of some sort inside the cabin

Has anyone else ever noticed that with this aircraft?

...I could definitely smell fumes of some sort...Could it be the after-shave or the bad breath of your neighbour? ;)

Never flown on this aircraft, but I have noticed it on all sorts of aircraft over the years. It happens from time to time, not sure why. Aircraft use engine bleed-air for cabin ventilation, guess there could be all sorts of causes.

Could be anything really - i recall it being particularly common on DC10's and TriStars for some reason. Never noticed it on the E90 though - nice wee plane.
