How? By blocking the E seats in ES? By introducing Premium Economy?
Interestingly, going from 3 to 2 FAs will release one of the FA seats (usually this FA seat is 14D, in some F100 craft they sit in a jumpseat opposite 22A/C where 21A/C don't exist (if I recall the row #s correctly).

How? By physically removing seats. That's the only way to comply with regulations. It the number of seats in the aircraft that counts, not the maximum number of seats the airline has decided to sell.

Probably removing 1AC, or a couple of D-seats close to the emergency exits.
