Can anyone help with names and/or email addresses for the people at the top of Novotel(UK) & their parent company Accor?

Have tried web searches but have only succeeded at getting bogged down in Company details without the specific names I seek.

This is at the start of a possibly protracted complaint, which might have been resolved fairly easily, if only the General Manager of a specific Novotel had kept the promise of contact/response.....

Cheers

Ron

I was going to comment on the assumption that executives must be men, but when I went to look it up, I discovered that they are indeed all men.

Also, the antepenultimate page of this document provides telephone numbers and addresses for the various corporate offices Accor maintains around the world:

Many thanks for that..... I must have come quite close to finding the information in that brochure, but sadly my works systems were proving so slow today that the .pdf file was defeating it!

I must confess to having realised the non PC state of the title line, just after I'd posted. But work constraints meant that I never got back to edit.

Many thanks once again.... now I just have to compose the mails!

And you can't edit a thread title in any case.

Good luck with your complaint. I find Accor to be a pretty company to deal with generally.

The response was MUCH better than expected, don't know whether this was due to intervention from the CEO, but don't really care ;)

I hadn't asked for a refund or any other recompense, yet they refunded in full the cost of the stay! ^

Hi Yokel,

Would you mind sharing what the problem was in the first place in case some us would be faced with the same at some point?

Cheerio

In simple terms:

The Novotel web site showed that the hotel in question had both Standard & Superior rooms.

I booked through LateRooms, choosing a special offer on a Superior room.

When we checked in I felt that the room fitted the description of the standard room.

Receptionist claimed that all the rooms were the same & that what I had booked was a Superior Rate ( being fully flexible). She also promised a call from the GM after the weekend.

After 3 days I had heard nothing, but the LateRooms web site had been changed to say that all rooms in the hotel were the same.

However the Novotel site still showed the two grades.

Therefore once I had been able to ascertain the required names I e-mailed the GM with a BCC to the Accor CEO

Do you have the email of the Accor CEO or the email structure or Accor emails?

I used gilles.pelisson@accor.com for the CEO
