Hyatt Gold Passport - Stays taking longer to post?

Has anyone else noticed that stays are taking longer to post? HP and SS have always posted the following Tuesday after a stay but it seems that all of my Hyatt stays are taking at least 1 week to credit. Any info on this?:confused:

My HP and HSS always posted 3-4 days max. But w.r.t to changing points to miles, I always have to call GP. It is terrible, eventhough I leave my airline account info at the front desk.

Post use to be in 3 or 4 days but it has been taking 7 to 10 days. I just called and had to have them correct missing G bonus and I mentioned 2 other missing stays and they posted them right away. Must be less people working on this task right now and it is taking longer.

To me it seems it has, but I am hoping it is a one time fluke

I have stayed at a HP every Thursday in October, first two posted by Mon/Tues. The third Thursday stay (October 15'th), I had to call about on 21'st and the worker said it might be stuck, because it should only take a few days and he manually credited it. My stay from the 22'nd hasn't posted yet, (will start to worry on Wed if it hasn't posted), but will call if it isn't posted by my next stay of the 29'th.

long story short, I would give it a few days and if not, call and have them update because it shouldn't take that long.

It might vary by property. A SS stay from last Friday night just posted, but not the bonus points. Mine only seem to get stalled if the hotel mistakenly codes the rate as ineligible.

I have noticed that a couple of US properties seem to be taking longer than in the past. If you're in a hurry for the credits, you can call GP CS and, at least for stays at the US Hyatts (I'm not sure about HP's or SS's), they can usually post them for you immediately.

I usually email copy of my stays/folio to GP support and have them enter it 1 by 1. I request them about all applicable bonuses at the same time.
