I am a skyteam platinum member but with CO leaving tomorrow I need to choose a airline to become member of within the Star Alliance.

I have lufthansa miles and more but I lost most of my miles due to the 3 year rule last month. Shall I continue or join an other program?

I will fly occasionally STAR members with CO as biggest candidate but I can not look into the future.

Also I have flow Turkish Airlines in september for which have not claimed miles before so I wanted to know if I can claim them if I join on of the members now?

Any input will be appreciated! ^

I believe CO has stated that you can only earn OnePass mileage on *A flights dated after CO's exit from SkyTeam, or select flights when connecting to/from CO flights in the last few months.

If you get the LH M&M credit card for citizens of the Netherlands, youīre miles donīt expire:

This might be a good option if you donīt fly that often and you donīt fly enough to earn status with any airline.

Also you can retrocredit flights that you have taken in the past 12 months (so you should be able to credit your Turkish Airlines flight)
