How do you guys find award availability on KE? Do you guys use the KE website or do you use NWA-JP? I found NWA-JP to be extremely unreliable, and calling in to ask for availability on so many different dates.

(If it's not, I'm confused.) DL and KE used to not share same availability, i.e. more availability for their own customers, so it's better to use their own website. KE availability using DL miles: nwa.com; KE availability using KE miles: koreanair.com. spkg Oct 26, 09, 8:37 am If you want to redeem DL miles, I thought what are found on nwa.com is identical to what DL call center gives. KE availability using DL miles: nwa.com; KE availability using KE miles: koreanair.com. The availability i got from NWA-JP is total different from what i got by calling the NWA reservations. I got 2 D seats YYZ-ICN-DPS on feb 12 and return on 21 by calling, but NWA-JP showed no availability in D or Y, maybe it had something to do with the long layovers, but i'm wondering if there's a more reliable way to search. is it possible to search on KE website with a zero mileage balance. bobbybrown Oct 26, 09, 9:24 am Searching on KE requires enough miles. Searching sector by sector on nwa.com may show more information. spkg Oct 26, 09, 10:40 am Searching on KE requires enough miles.
